Unable to Transfer Designs To New Product

For at least a few hours the site will not allow me to 'transfer this design' to a new product.  It doesn't matter which design I try or which product I try to put it on.  When you go through the normal steps to choose the new item, once you pick the item, there is no design, and the listing information does not populate at all.  Like it normally populates the same listing information (title, tags, categories, etc.).  It is as if you just hit 'create new product' rather than transfering.

This issue seemed to coincide with the timing of the image upload problem. It is still doing it even now.  So roughly 3-4 hours it has been happening.

Das Problem bestand ja schonmal vor ungefähr 3 - 4 Wochen. Dann ging es wieder und nun ist das Problem wieder da. Neben reChapta ist das wirklich eins der größten Probleme hier auf Zazzle als Creator. Ich könnte soviele Artikel hier einsetzen, aber das ganze gestaltet sich derzeit mehr als schwierig.

I seem to be able to transfer.

Probably not your issue, but worth mentioning. I have noticed that if I choose an actual item that appears at the bottom half of the page it appears fine. If I try to click one of the product categories at the top of the page, and then choose a product, it has never appeared.

It sounds to me like you know what you are doing though so I doubt this is your issue, but wanted to mention it

It just started working for me again thankfully.  Yeah I had tried it a few different ways and it just wasn't doing it.  Then it would do for some products but not others.  Now it works for the shirt which was the original item I found the issue on.
