Unapplied Size Restrictions

Hi! I'm not sure if this is a technical issue. Today, I sold a Save the Date card for weddings designed on the paper sheet product in a size that is not available, as it's offered only in a specific material and size to avoid a bad customer experience that might result in a return.

However, it seems it was purchased in a different size... I tried replicating the purchase with another account that isn't the creator's and I couldn't. I can only think it might be a recurring purchase by someone related to the wedding business who bought the products before I limited the options; I'm not sure if this is possible. So, how did this sale occur? Is it a technical issue? If it's a recurring purchase, I'd love to know when someone buys my products with my designs regularly; that's wonderful!

On the other hand, speaking specifically about this product, I think a good option would be to choose the material we offer, as the main issue with returns is the type of paper chosen by the buyer rather than the size, but currently, we can only choose material and size together.

Thank you for your attention.

Had same thing surprise me back in August, post is here:  How did the customer order this?

It turns out bypassing option restrictions is as easy as accessing the product from one's Saved Designs. Just clicking Personalize, without actually even changing anything, will put the product in a customer's Saved Designs. If they access the product from there, all the options are available. I just did it with your card and got all the size and paper type options.

Here's my card I have locked to 18 x 24 size, you can try it yourself to see.

@ColsCreations Ohhh, thank you! I tried to replicate it, but I didn't go through that entire process. Great job on your part! When we block options, it's for an important reason, so maybe that 'security gap' needs to be fixed 🤣🤣🤣
