Updating phone cases product fr Otterbox to iphone 13 - changes not sticking + price still higher

Hi! I'm having an issue related to updating the specific product for a phone. This red hydrangea design https://www.zazzle.com/z/ja7fk57k?rf=238443173806176631 was created for an earlier phone style, for Otterbox. I've recently changed the product to iPhone 13. However I noticed that the price looked way too high. So I went to edit the product again, and in that subsequent window, the words Otterbox were still there in my title. Please help, mods or artists.

I'm going through some of my older phone designs and updating them to iPhone 13. And don't want to keep spinning my wheels... 🏍

The word "Otterbox" is added because that's the brand of the case you've selected.

Also, it's worth noting we help out a bit in this area. If a user searches for "red floral hydrangea flowers iPhone X case" we show all phone cases that match "red floral hydrangea flowers" but we show the design on a iPhone X case. So we switch the style automatically in some cases.

For instance, this design is added to an iPhone 13: https://www.zazzle.com/red_floral_hydrangea_flowers_in_bloom_otterbox_iphone_case-256875112657467348

If I do a marketplace search for "red floral hydrangea flowers in bloom iphone x case" I still see the hydrangea design, but it's shown on an iPhone X case because that's the phone case that I was searching for: https://www.zazzle.com/s/red+floral+hydrangea+flowers+in+bloom+iphone+x+case

However, if a user is browsing through your store they'll still see the product on the phone that you originally published it on. We don't update the phone style when it's shown on your store page.

Scott - this seems to be a wonderful solution to creating multiple cases.

I checked it out on one of my cases made for Apple iPhone 13. It seems to transfer to other iPhone styles, but does not transfer to other brands?  I tried Samsung and it did not appear.

Hi Scott, thanks for the reply. It's good to know how flexible the phone discovery is! And originally I had selected Otterbox, that's right. Now here's the part of my question I still need to understand. My design continues to show with the more expensive high quality Otterbox brand. I had some concern that could be a deterrent to buyers. Can you confirm for me that as designers we aren't  able to change that, short of transferring the design, is that right? Once we choose a case brand, that's our brand?

I was trying to make sure this design isn't shown as cost-prohibitive. Thank you so much!

Once we choose a case brand, that's our brand, unless we specifically transfer it to a new case brand. Can you confirm that, @Scott ? Thanks!
