vellum paper mockup with with white text

Is the second photo of Zazzle's mockup a technical issue? I downloaded the artwork for this invitation and made a mockup below using the download in the first example below.  Which photo is the correct example of the way a white font will print on the new vellum paper.

I'd also like to know what happens if you make the background white. Does it print as an opaque white so you can't see through the vellum, or does it print translucent white, or does the white not print at all like it would on a paper invite?

@Cat  I don't think it will print white - and if you watch the video https://www.youtube.com/shorts/eJ0E_MUY1ZU they don't show any with white text just all black text.

Perhaps use shades of grey maybe?
