Wine Bottle Labels wrong category for collection

All my existing wedding wine bottle labels are in the Category:

Weddings > Gifts & Favors > Packaging > Wine & Sparkling Wine Bottle Labels

which is where the cross-sell collection pulls it from to put it in the correct slot. However, when I try to post NEW labels, that category isn't an option! I can only choose

Weddings > Decor & Party Supplies > Packaging > Wine & Sparkling Wine Bottle Labels

So now the new labels show up under the Bonus section!

Hmmmm...interesting. All my existing wine labels were originally created using 'Wedding/Gifts & favors/Packaging.....' for the dept. and they appear in the correct slot of my collections, but I notice at the bottom of the product pages they now show as being in the department  'Home & Living>Kitchen & Dining........ . It looks like Z has done some shuffling of the marketplace depts without changing where the collection pulls from.

I am having problems getting my favor tags, favor boxes and drink mixes to show up in my wedding suite collections slot. They are in the correct merchandising department. I have tried shuffling them around to other departments back and forth and cannot find any that work. Wondering if there are some bugs to be worked out?? They all keep going into the bonus section.

All of those products also used to be listed under 'Wedding/Gifts& favors/etc'  (departments that are no longer an option). Existing collections are still showing items in the correct slots but any new items can't be given the correct department. Definitely something that Zazzle will have to look into fixing.

Didn't they have this problem once before, with Matchboxes or something? I think it was when they first started this new collections thing.

Ran into this problem today... very frustrating. Hopefully, al will correct itself when it gets fixed on Zazzle's end.

I found that for a bridal shower collection the favor bags show up under bonus products because the category suggestion in the collection isn't an option either... It says to list them Weddings > Gifts > Packaging > Favor Bags to have them show in the favor bag slot, but that is not possible.

Hi. I am currently organizing my collections but am having a few issues. Can someone please help? Here is the problem - I have stickers in my collection, but they're not showing up in the right place. Okay, I see I have to change the listing. So, I go to change it to the correct listing as shown below:

However, when I try, the options given are not the same:

Where do I go from here?

I think the category is supposed to be:

Weddings>Décor & Party Supplies>Packaging>Stickers & Labels

That said, my stickers all show under Gift Wrapping vs Stickers.

And while looking at this, I noticed that my favor boxes using the new Tent design appear as "Bonus Products" instead of in the Favor Boxes category. The are listed in this Department.

This problem was mentioned here in an earlier thread . Zazzle has apparently reorganized marketplace departments which is causing the problem. Since the other thread is posted under technical issues, hopefully Zazzle will look into getting this working again soon.

Hi, I would like to bring to your attention the issue I have been having with the listing for stickers. The required listing for stickers to appear in a collection is as follows: Weddings > Gifts > Packaging > Stickers & Labels

However, there is no option to choose "Packaging" if you go to Weddings>Gifts>

The "Packaging" option is given when going to Weddings > Décor & Party Supplies > Packaging > Stickers & Labels. That's fine, but when doing so, the stickers do not appear in the correct spot under "Recommended Products." This makes me unable to add stickers to the wedding collection and they don't show up in Media Manager when I try to select RealViews.

There's apparently a bug, because I had the same problem with wine labels. I reported it a few days ago, and Mark said he reported it to the technical team to look into. They must be reorganizing the product categories, but forgot to update where the collections pull from. But it's really awful that now stickers are affected, because I make a lot more of those than wine labels!

Just popped on here as my favor tags seem to be set up ok (see below) but are not going into the favor tags slot either, instead suck in bonus slot. Normally you can insert by clicking on the favor tag position and adding them that way too but that is not working nor adding them at the top, interestingly I can't see many of the items I should showing up either! I presume this is a bug. Hopefully it is being worked?

Yeah, mine are a hot mess right now because of this issue.  I have like 5 items that won't group with the other items that were already in the collection.
