Hi, I am confused as to why this purchase would wipe out all of my cleared earnings. My total earnings cleared at this point is over $50. The total charge for the product I wanted to purchase is only $37.06 (or something around that amount.) Why then, would all of my cleared earnings be wiped out, plus leave me with an extra charge? You can see what I mean by looking at the screenshots I provided. Thank you.
Look at the notes at the bottom of your Royalty Summary page.
Currency conversion rates may fluctuate on a daily basis, and credits earned and converted from a currency other than your primary currency are not final until payment is made. For this reason, only cleared earnings generated in your primary currency may be used for purchases at this site.
There are double asterisks in your screenshot so your 'cleared' earnings most likely include foreign currency sales which therefore aren't included in the total available to you to use as purchase credits.
