You have pasted this same question in multiple threads in multiple forums, flagging random users who happened to comment in those threads, and also started a couple of your own new threads for it. It's not at all clear what the problem is so other members aren't going to be able to help you with it though they may be annoyed at your spamming the forums this way. Best approach when you have an issue is to make ONE post to the Technical or Ask A Question forum which clearly explains the problem.
