Referral Earning isuues & request swich to standard affilliate account

Actually I am facing a problem with referral earning, I don't know the reason for that, So if there is any solution for this I will be thankful.

Notice that is A lot of sales comes from pinterest platform, at the same time i requested to switch promoter account back to standard account, as well as i sent the request to those e-mails but not respoding as usuall

Actually I am Facing problem on refferal Earning Since A long time ,the Time when you delete the promoter program 2.0 ,immidatly the refferal earning comes , after few days i remove the cookies from my browser to check out again if manuall referral is weather work or not ,I was surprised that it did not work.

Therefore, I ask you to pay attention to resolving this issue, as I feel frustrated and very sad about it, today I have already made a referral through the Ambassador Program, but it gives me the same result: "No referral commission."
