Unespected case!

I just bought a product from my store. On the royalties report the order appears referred as third party. So, it seems I didn't clear cookies, and browsing history, after casually browsing on Zazzle, so wellcome to my store!

Cancel the order, go to another browser, clear everything, and place your order so it is not from third parties.

You can try, but I'm not sure it will work. Check out this tread for details:
Re: Corrupted "Cookies" - Zazzle

I have no idea what's going on here, but it seems likely that in addition to the browser cookie, Zazzle is placing some sort of marker in your account to track referrals - that's just a guess on my part, but it sure sounds like they're doing something like that. Honestly, I think that trying to control the referral process by clearing cookies etc. is such an iffy proposition that it really isn't worth the time or effort.  I certainly wouldn't advise a customer to do it since it looks so unprofessional and the chances of it working are not very high.

Usually buying from a browser with clean cache, cookies and history, there are not unespected referrals parties references. But now there is new Ambassador program, something is maybe changed, I reviewed about what I usully manage. I'm a designer so I do not mind so much about that. Moreover in new program there are not required actions from Designers like me to be credited the "Bonuses" while sharing link, it apply automatically. I focuse mostly on design earnings, than referrals.

Order is already acquired in last few hours from Zazzle. Not sure I can cancel, however I sent the yet another email to Zazzle support.
