Educative videos on affiliate marketing specifically designed for Zazzle algorithm.

As I have made a meager few referral sales on Zazzle  since all these years that I have been on Zazzle, I request Zazzle to make some educational videos on affiliate marketing and referral sale generation exclusively for Zazzle algorithm. This will help us to grow along with the changes in Zazzle policy. We will feel happier working with the company as all of will grow together. Now, however much I use Pinterest, facebook pages, twitter, I never seem to be able to earn a referral for myself. Zazzle please help and guide designers like me who will appreciate it a lot and do a better job at promoting Zazzle products. Videos specifically designed for Zazzle and works when we implement them. Thanks

I think this is going in the wrong direction. Forcing designers to be a marketing expert, when they are designers. It's like trying to learn a dog to meow. Not working. Zazzle has to find better ways to do their marketing and let designers do what they are best at, which is designing beautiful new products. I can only follow my passion, which does NOT include marketing.

Absolutely agree with you Anne. But don't see any signs of that happening. So atleast help us to understand how this entire rigmarole of referral and affiliate work as per Zazzle. I too am not able to concentrate on designing when most of my time is taken up in trying to market my products. I thought the entire purpose of Zazzle  was that we would design for their products and they would take care of marketing , production and shipping. Now , they want us to design as well us market their products for no extra incentive....I have made only about 10 referral sales in my 17 years with Zazzle. My Pinterest , facebook posts never seem to get me a referral sale, so I do not know where I am going wrong. I love designing and hate marketing and that was my entire reason to join Zazzle...but now I am supposed to market for them too and receive only half of my royalties. How unfair is that!! That's why requesting, either take back your new policy or direct the designers to how better handle the complicated world of Zazzle referrals

I agree that Zazzle would do well to spell out for the designers how we can achieve a referral. I have seen countless posts here showing that one Zazzle designer sent a direct link to another Zazzle designer. Second designer bought the item from the direct link and first designer did not get credit for the referral.

If there are ways to be credited with a referral, Zazzle needs to please tell us how.

I also do Postcrossing!
