I made sales today subtotal ( Z charged customers ) $311.70 - a fair enough day only making 10% but wait a minute my total royalty comes to $18.25 . In what world does that come to 10% I still am not getting referrals and I have thousands of links out in numerous sites and networking plus paying advertising. I am still waiting for this big fix that will finally be getting my links right. But that is one problem. This post is asking where is the 10% ?????

I hear your pain. Was it a third party sale?

Congrats on the large sale, Maybe your post should read "I give to UNCLE ZAZZLE?" This royalty issue is not funny at all, just trying to get you to laugh a little, stress kills.
I definitely feel your pain.
It seems that until and unless Z, if ever, steps up and makes adjustments to royalty schema more equatable, we vent here to each other in the forum, which Z either skims or reads posts selectively.

Our Earnings page says, “Improvements coming soon! We're enhancing your Earnings reports following our updated Terms of Use,” but that hasn’t happened, and it’s been three months since the Ambassador program went into effect. We also need answers to your questions and transparency about the amount of money Zazzle and third parties are taking out of our earnings. And why are nearly all of our sales attributed to third parties?
Why allow designers to set their royalty rates if we never get the amount we ask for?
