I am using a single product for this case study. The product in question is "https://www.zazzle.com/modern_stylish_rose_gold_brushed_metal_monogrammed_luggage_tag-25664405081796....
I browsed through my Earnings for that particular item with similar sales condition. Meaning that the sales were all of 3rd Party referred, 1 sale made and the currency used to buy the product being USD. I compiled a few of the sales as you can see in the picture. I have noticed that the royalty I received after the 1st of April has massively dropped.
As far as I know, the deduction of the royalty obtained is only applied if I set my royalty rate above 10 %. But for me I have it at 10 %. Did I miss something from the new ambassador program/ term of services? Or does the 3rd Party referred sales changes from time to time? Can someone please provide clarity on this matter for me?

@NihalArts It's the third party referral fee carve out for the department that the luggage tag is in. 3rd party used to be 20% across the board now it depends on the department.
Luggage Tags are in the Accessories Department so your Marketing Referral Fee (MFR) is now 40% that is deducted from your gross royalty
(unable to post screenshot unfortunately due to reaching my limit)
That's why you're getting less
Congrats on the sales!

This is a total aside, but what do you mean that you've reached your limit and can't post screen shots?

After you post 1000 screenshots in the forums, you can't post any anymore.

@Cat when you post an image in your post - it goes to a folder which has a max number of 1000 images. When that is full - you can't post any more images. With the help of @ColsCreations I've deleted some so I can add screenshots again. Hopefully someone will increase my limit as I do post a lot of screenshots explaining how to do things

Oh wow - I didn't know that! Hmmm... seems like if Zazzle wants us to help folks out on the forum it would be in their best interest to lift that cap!
