Nope. If memory serves, it never shows up until the very last possible moment. (Which is pretty darned soon.)

Okay, thanks.

I also have not received a 1099 from Zazzle or Paypal. In previous years I received the 1099-Misc and the 1099-NEC by now.

January 31st is the deadline for issuers to send out a 1099. You should be receiving it tomorrow or Monday...depending on mail service, of course.

Hopefully. Plumb4me had to notify them and they sent a link to download the 1099 MISC. Another said they got theirs yesterday. I'm going to wait a couple of more days, and if I don't receive it, I'll get in touch with them. Thanks.

Nope, I came here for the same reason, to see if anyone else got theirs yet.

I still haven't received a 1099. I'm going to email Zazzle support.

Given that, by law, they would have had to mail out the 1099's on Friday, no one would have received them yesterday and certainly not today. I figure that, since they're coming from California, I won't receive mine any earlier than tomorrow and probably not until Tuesday.

I still have not received a 1099 from Zazzle. This is the email I received from Zazzle. Has anyone else had to download a 1099-K from Paypal? Thanks

Okay, so I went to my paypal account to Activity>Tax Documents> Tax> 1099K and there is nothing there. This is odd to me since they always sent them by mail.

I'm not sure what's going on. I have been with Zazzle for over 15 years and have always received the 1099 by mail. I emailed Zazzle and this is the response I received. I don't even know what a 1099-K is for and I still don't have a 1099 from Zazzle or Paypal. I replied to their email and I'm waiting for a response.

Thank you for emailing Zazzle Customer Care!

I did hear back from Zazzle and they were able to locate my 1099-MISC and they sent me a link to download it. If anyone has not received their 1099, I would suggest contacting Zazzle support by email. They responded quickly and resolved the issue.

My interaction with Zazzle support was not as pleasant as yours.  First the person mistakenly was giving me the information for NON-US citizen THEN I was routed to the same information page URL that any simple google search can pull up.  Never got my question answered as to WHY that page says that Zazzle sends out 1099 forms for amounts over $10 instead of adhering to the threshold on the IRS site which says that amounts under $5,000 do not require a 1099.  And never got an answer to my question which was "Is Zazzle going to send me a 1099 form?"  - Zazzle is the only form that I still need to file my taxes; everyone else has sent me theirs or had their form available as a digital download.

Literally I'm waiting to file my taxes because of Zazzle is sending me a form which the IRS says they do not need to send me.  My earnings that are under a $100; earnings which I have already entered into my return.  BUT if Zazzle is actually sending me the 1099 then I'll have to make changes to the return before submitting it.  Grrrr!!!!   Not being able to find out if they are sending a form is the MOST frustrating part of this.

By law, Zazzle is obligated to send us the 1099-MISC form. However, given that they aren't doing so, our only recourse is to accurately report our income from them, making sure to put in the info on Zazzle, something that's easily done by adding up our income from them for 2024. Here's a site explaining this: https://accountinginsights.org/what-if-my-employer-doesnt-give-me-a-1099-heres-what-to-do/

I assume Zazzle uses an accounting firm to take care of finances, and perhaps they need to contact this firm to find out what's going on, but at least know you can do your taxes regardless. In the meantime, Zazzle might want to correct the problem.

EDIT: I just now checked the post office site for mail I'll be getting today, and glory be, the 1099 is due in my mailbox today, which makes doing my taxes a bit easier.

I had the same problem at first, they directed me to Paypal for a 1099-K. Zazzle sends out a 1099-MISC and a (1099-NEC for referrals earned) not a 1099-K. I responded to the email Zazzle sent me back and I had to explain to them, that Zazzle doesn't send out a 1099-K and I need a copy of my 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC and that by law they are suppose to send it to me.

I think they finally got the point, that they were wrong and needed to find out what's going on, since it is the law.

It may take a couple of emails back and forth, but they did send me a link, so I could download my 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC.

I hope it gets resolved for you soon. I did add up all my Zazzle earnings for the year and it did match the 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC they emailed me.

I looked up for 1099-K and discovered it's for people who have earned over $5,000 for the past year and it should be sent from the payment "platform," which I guess in this case would be PayPal. I didn't earn near that amount, which means neither Zazzle nor PayPal will be sending me anything. However, I'm not going to assume the money isn't taxable, so I'll simply report my earnings on my taxes and pay the Social Security on it. Let all the various entities figure out who is supposed to do what. I can't be bothered trying to figure it out.

I bet Zazzle will have a whole lot of people asking where their 1099-MISC is. It seems I won't be getting it either, but I stand by what I said above. Not gonna fuss over it.

I got both forms from Zazzle in yesterday's mail. The one for royalties & the other one for referrals.

That's good to hear. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I get it soon.

Mine are arriving in today's mail according to my U.S. Mail Informed Delivery. I am getting 2 tax documents from Zazzle.

It appears the 1099s are now trickling on out to us. Somewhere I read that, though the business must mail them out on January 31, the recipient must get them sometime (don't remember exact date) in February, possibly because U.S. mail can be a bit of a squirrel at times.

Regardless, the company has to file the forms with the IRS, which means that, even if we don't have them, the IRS has them. I suspect that if Zazzle was having trouble getting out all the 1099s, they nevertheless made sure to file them with the IRS, which is one very mean organization.
