10lb Tissue Paper Out of Stock

To the Moderators:

Do you guys have an ETA when the 10lb tissue paper will be back in stock?  I have friends and family yelling in my ear for it.  Yes, the 18lb is available, but the 10lb is what my customers want.  Thank you.

Zazzle continually runs out of this product, I don't know what's going on! Tissue papers are my highest selling product and my sales are seriously down every time this happens. I'm sorry, I realize I sound like I'm complaining more than offering solutions, but I'm really just hoping Zazzle mods will see that you are not the only one affected. I have been considering opening a new Zazzle shop, but it won't be worth the effort if this keeps happening.

No need to apologize!  I am also very frustrated as tissue paper is highly popular.  I just wish this wouldn't happen so frequently with a product that is a top best seller.  Last year, it happened close to Christmas!  That was very difficult to deal with.  I wish a moderator would respond with some idea of when this will be back in stock.

I remember last Christmas! It was my worst month ever and it was for this very reason. I thought it was unusual, but it just keeps continually happening now. They need to remedy this, it's costing us in revenue.

Do you have any idea of the ETA?  It's been a distressingly long time for the 10lb tissue paper to be out of stock.  On another thread, was it you or another moderator who gave a long, very helpful explanation of why products go out of stock?  Reading that, perhaps adding another manufacturer of tissue paper might be the answer.  Such a long time to be OOS hurts us as sellers and also Zazzle as tissue paper, especially the 10lbs, is very popular.  Thank you.

Thank you for your response.  My customers have customers.  So it's not just us shop owners or even Zazzle itself who are losing business.   I hope Zazzle considers getting a second manufacturer as tissue paper being out of stock happens way too often for a popular and high demand item.
