I'm not sure what they are doing but someone keeps buying a book sticker from me and then canceling it over and over again, is this happening to anyone else?

I had one sticker that I created in 2018 that had never sold, sell and cancel repeatedly over a period of six weeks. It was a different purchaser and location every time. Some times it was a much as 5 or 6 a day.. There was nothing wrong with the template. I admit that I finally just deleted the sticker. I never delete products, but it just felt creepy having this group hang around my account. After that it stopped. Deletion was probably an over-reaction.

That is usually someone testing stolen credit card numbers. I used to get them a lot, usually higher priced items though, and mostly from Florida.

Yeah, I did another post on this too. I am getting several a day. The stolen credit card idea others are saying might be right but I'm not sure. Sometimes it's the same sticker over and over but with different names and from different states, other times they are in the same state and use similar names. It's very odd. It's been happening to me for a couple months now.

Yes, I've been having the same person buy a single invitation and it cancels after. I agree they are testing cards most likely. Thankfully it's only $0.24 for me that is fluctuating. I'm wondering if Zazzle wants us to flag these soemhow? Not sure if they are able to block the IP's. Although having a shopify store, I know even that doesn't work when they are running some sort of script that bypasses everything.

To reply to your last bit about bypassing blocks on Shopify, they are probably using a VPN.

They actually don't show up in my blocking app at all, and VPN's show there even if they are blocked. But we found that it must be some sort of bot/script because it's also completely bypassing the cart and traditional checkout. I have several things specialty coded into checkout that it should not be able to bypass, like cart minimums and even the required shipping costs. It tries the same item over and over (the lowest one on the site) Thankfully Shopify's fraud detection has caught all of them, so I don't worry about it too much anymore. It seems to happen for a week or two once a year and then it disappears again.

Different from fellow creators' experience,
I had encounter similar issue on buyer's cancellation, and the buyer is different each time. This happened for five times. Initial i thought it is their problem. One day, I decided to investigate what makes this product so unique, and only discovered i did not set up my photo image into a template for this product.😂
