when I try to "enroll in the Associates Program" in my account/associates tab, nothing happens, I can't propose myself as an associate.
does anyone know what i'm doing wrong? thank you very much!

it states—
login if you already have an account and go to your account section.

Sorry to hear you are having this issue.
May I ask what browser you are using? I would try clearing cache and cookies before trying again. I would also check to see if you have any extensions or add-ons that may be interfering with the normal function of the site.

Same thing is happening to me! I created a new shop on an entirely new account, and I am unable to apply for Associates now. The "Enroll Me" button is not clickable and has no hyperlink attached to it now. Any update on this?

Tried on different browsers, different computers, ipad and mobile. The link itself isn't clickable after ticking the check box.

The team have advised that you need to be 18 or above to enroll in the Associates Program. You can update your birthday on your account from My Profile > Settings.
