Still not received December's earnings. I'm told they have to cancel the check IF it's not cashed and then I'll get that sometime in the future. I have been here since 2015 and not have had an issue. I also haven't received January's payment. THIS IS NOT LOOKING GOOD AND I DONT APPRECIATE THE INSINUATION I CASHED IT. I didn't get it, either of them, and USPS informed delivery does NOT show them as being mailed/scanned.

I've had two wayward checks myself - not in a row, but over the years two have gone missing. The second time I was told that they could not cancel a check until 30 days after it was issued. So when 30 days have gone by past the date that is listed in your payment history for the check that is missing, contact customer service. They'll cancel it and the next month after the cancellation occurs, that amount will be added in.. assuming it was not stolen and cashed. Both times, I shall assume mine was simply lost, as I was paid. I don't know exactly what steps you'd need to take if the check was actually cashed. I think that it may then become the responsibility of the bank that cashed it without properly checking the ID of the person doing the cashing..
p.s. they do the job, but are not great about keeping you up to date.. they probably won't contact you to update you on the status of your check and you probably won't be put in touch with someone who actually knows if you ask.. You'll just eventually see the money back in your account when the cancellation occurs.

Thanks. It was issued Jan 5th on the first one. This second was on Feb 3. I last contacted them about 5 days ago being assured (AGAIN) they are working on cancelling it as long as it wasn't cashed. My daughter has worked at banks for years and she says there is no "working" on cancelling it, they call it's cancelled. They get charged to cancel, maybe that is what is the problem, I have no clue. But I think I will open a new ticket since I reported the first one, I haven't made a formal submission on the second one, just to the person handling the first ticket.
But if the first one isn't credited to me by the 5th of March I'm sending a request to close all my stores. This is ridiculous. This is around $600 and I'm already up to $200 for this month. So - I ain't working for free lol!
I do wonder where they are sending the check to, my address is correct, and I've gotten checks from them before. I also got my 1099 from them so this is weird.
Glad you got yours recredited. That's a long time to wait! If they would just do direct deposit that would solve all issues. Seems like it's more work to print checks and mail them and costlier. But what do I know.

How can we track our check through USPS, I asked Zazzle but they didn't provide me with any tracking number or something.

There's no tracking number - but if you live in an eligible area you can sign up for "informed delivery" https://www.usps.com/manage/informed-delivery.htm This at very least gives you a heads up as to what should be in your mailbox.
