Request for Clarification on W8 form Processing Status

Today, I received the same email, which I got four weeks ago. I'm not sure what this means.

It states: "Please note that your form was already accepted and queued to be processed.
This finalization process can take 2-4 weeks, This just means that your payments won’t be ready to be released just yet."

Does this mean I need to wait another 2–4 weeks? I have already been waiting for almost three months.
Will I receive the payment next month?

From my own experience, and as they say, you have to wait those 2 to 4 weeks for the form to be processed.  In my case, I did receive an informative e-mail from Zazzle after my form was processed by the IRS. If you have any pending payments, you will receive them after the form is processed. This is the procedure. You just have to be patient.

Why you received the same e-mail twice, that I don't know.

For me, it took more than three months for the form to be processed because there was something missing from it and after I fixed that, it was sent for processing.

I have already waited four weeks for that IRS processing, but I received the same email again after that period. My W-8 form case has also been ongoing for three months, similar to your experience. It still has not resolved.

I hope the issue will be finalized soon and I'll receive my payments next month.
