Good day everyone
My request payment button is not showing. Is it just me or it's just simply not there this month?
Also do payments get processed automatically as well even without requesting for a payment?
I've had 3 payouts so far and for all three I requested for payment so now that I can't see the request payment button I'm not sure if that means my payouts will not get processed for Nov 15th. Also I still haven't seen that my Nov royalties have been pushed for processing and are now pending like in the previous 3 months by this time of the month already.
Someone to please enlighten me

Payments get processed any time during the first week of the month usually though it does vary. There's no set date and they have until the 15th of the month to do so
They do get processed automatically if everything it set up correctly and you have reached the threshold for the month

Not sure why your Request Payment via Paypal button is missing - could it be a browser extension that's blocking it? Or the fact that maybe you haven't reached the threshold this month.
You really need to contact zazzle directly about any issues you have regarding payments.

I have the same problems since Oct 2024, I provide w-8 BEN And I received an email says we have passed this to the relevant team to take a look, now is Dec and nothing happen?

Ideally you should reach out to zazzle directly concerning W8BENs. There's probably a backlog.
