Are there pacifiers?

Someone wanted to buy a pacifier from my shop, and it was labeled as discontinued. Then I saw that there are other pacifiers for sale. So I created a new pacifier with the same design in create your own design, and it seems to be sellable. But the one in my shop is still discontinued. Can someone enlighten me?  thanks.

Hey @vardaart,

I believe there are currently two sizes of pacifier available which are 0-6 months and 6+ months. The 0-6 months is marked out of stock on all three colors and the 6+ months is only available in white. I will check in with the team now and see if there is an ETA on a restock. The product showing discontinued in the store backend may also be a known issue I will check on.

If you change the merchandising option to the 6+ month size with a white mouth guard, then it should not show as discontinued.  Using a different colored mouth guard or the smaller size, at this time, will show as discontinued.

When I go to options, there is no other choice than "all options". Also, I tried to go to "create new product", then scrolled to Baby & Kids and clicked on pacifier, and it showed: Your search "pacifiers" did not match any products.

Just a thought ( @PacifierCity might know). What domain are you accessing? Some products are not available to design on all domains. Try Zazzle.com if you are on another site.

This link should bring you to a page for new pacifier creation.  Start from that, check to make sure that you have 6+ month old selected on the right and the white mouth guard before entering the design tool.  You can also select these after designing and before clicking sell it.

For pacifiers that are already created:

From back end or product page:  edit detail > product merchandizing > change options > select 6+ months > and OK > it auto selects the white mouth guard when the size is changed. > click "I have the right....." > click done.  Then wait for the next few days for indexing to take place.  Once it has been indexed, it should be available in the 6+ month size with white mouth guard...

Hope that pathway works for you... it should.

I went to transfer a pacifier design to the 6+ option, but when I typed in pacifier, as to what to transfer it to, nothing came up under pacifier. I also tried to search under categories, and no pacifiers show up there either.

Maybe try deleting the pacifier you designed, and then create a new one from scratch, and when starting, choose 6 mo. When I did it, it took a couple of days to appear.

I just had a look, and it would seem that they HAVE deleted all pacifiers. I see that they are now showing but with all of the colors NOT available.   Hmmmmm.

Thanks to you all.  I guess it took a few days for the pacifier to appear. When it didn't appear, I kept trying to make a new one, and now there are 4 of the same pacifier appearing in my store!
