Authenticate for Chat without a Cell Number

I've been on Zazzle (primary account) since I made my first purchase in 2005; selling since 2007. I think that makes me pretty well authenticated 😂, but regardless, am not interested in associating my cell phone number with a Zazzle account. Or even my home number, really. I don't use the Zazzle app.
Is there a way to authenticate that I'm a real person to be able to use Chat without giving my cell phone number?

Can you please contact customer service (from your primary accounts email address), so they can authenticate it for you!

YesItsRoy, I was also having this issue. I submitted an authentication request yesterday via the link Fiona provided and just got an email that it was done. I now have access to chat. If you also submitted a request yesterday I suspect that you’ll hear soon if you haven’t already.
