Do we know what the auto response message actually says? I've gotten a message that has asked about buying wholesale - and I have no idea what to say, or if the message is even legit.

Did you submit a question that prompted the message? Were you asking about selling products, and possibly got the response about selling wholesale? Hopefully you took a screenshot of the message.
You could contact customer service and follow up on the message, asking them to check if it was legit.
Or email support.

If the message seems questionable to you, the only way Zazzle can investigate it is if you report it.
