I see Zazzle has added their new "print-friendly" colors on the customer side. However, there is a HUGE gap between the blues and the teals! (There is also a lack of nice light warm ivory/ beige colors, too.) Since CYAN is one of the colors of CMYK, you'd think that at least THAT part of the color spectrum would be full! You can even see in these screenshots that there's a whole column missing. That's my favorite part of the color spectrum, and I really need that last column, please!

10 days ago, I deleted every product and images too. I'm still selling products. I deliberately chose to close at the end of October so that all funds I had accumulated would clear and my final pay out would be in December. Could someone at Zazzle tell me how this is so?

Has anyone else noticed that the baby bodysuits come up as no longer available when you click on one of your products. They seem to still be selling but come up as discontinued for me, I can't even start a new design for baby bodysuits. I am wondering if they are discontinued in Canada but not anywhere else. If they are, I should still be able to create new designs for the US and other countries, but Im not??

So I think I finally found something that looks like a new design tool. As I have a LOT of products that have a top image and a photo template underneath (this allows for border frames and makes sure the image of the customer does not overlap the frame or creates an "empty space"), I was curious to see how these hold up. I found that a customer apparently does not have access to the "adjust image" feature. So if they would like to move the image a bit to the right or left, they can't. To my horror this also seems to be the case with the new frames, even if they are on top of everything. This ability to move and adjust was always available in the "old" mask options. I can't believe this has been removed. I tested in Brave and Firefox (logged out) on Windows 11. Can anybody please tell me I am wrong here?

Sometimes I get a customer in the message/chat asking a question that I don’t really have the know how or they ask for zazzle phone numbers, and I can’t find ithe phone numbers anywhere only the AI chat comes out when i click on Help, and then it says to fill up a form to send to zazzle, sometimes customers are in a hurry because they have already bought the item and they want to talk to someone, but with no phone numbers there’s no way to contact anyone, and their problem goes unsolved or they cancel the order. Hello, I’m hoping someone can help determine whether this is a known issue. Since Friday, our Lumpiko store has been receiving an unusually high volume of visits from Singapore. We have never had customers or traffic from Singapore before, but in just a few days it has become our second-highest country by visits. These sessions are viewing a mix of very old and brand-new products, but no sales or meaningful engagement are occurring. A few concerning details: • The Singapore visits show up in the country ranking, but do not appear on the live map the way all other customer locations do. • The traffic is steady, repetitive, and does not resemble normal browsing behavior. • Nothing in our marketing or referral sources explains this sudden geographic shift. We are trying to determine whether: This could be bot or scraper activity, Someone is using a Singapore IP or proxy, or Other sellers have recently noticed similar patterns. If anyone has experienced this or if an admin could advise whether this is a known issue and it's being handled, we would really appreciate the insight. Thank you.

I submitted two Zippo designs on the evening of 11/8. Yesterday 11/11 they moved out of "Under Review" to just appearing as a regular saved design, they did not go into the Revise & Resubmit tab. I also didn't receive any email with the reason they weren't approved which I'm told you usually get. I'm assuming they didn't get approved but no email and them not moving to the Revise & Resubmit tab does have me wondering if it's just a "glitch". If you had a Zippo rejected, what happened? Did you get an email with the reason, and did it go to the Revise & Resubmit tab or just back to being a regular saved design?

Has anyone had any success in getting temu to remove a stolen design? One of my Zazzle products (a blanket) has been copied - surely as temu doesn’t have original design I’m assuming that their version would very low quality/blurry? Is there any way Zazzle can support/way to report?

Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm on Windows 11 in Chrome and even simply selecting layers takes about 10 seconds. Adding a drop shadow may succeed in about 50% of the time. If not, I have to get out of the design tool and start afresh. I still don't know to what extent Windows 11 is creating these problems, but I would imagine that Zazzle would be able to handle that by now? Problems started with the A/B test crap and switching OS (about a month later) certainly did not help. Thank you for your feedback!
