First timer poster here! Any help would be awesome 🙂 I posted 4 products last month using a similar photo template, but they are not related to each other in target audience/niche. The tags and titles are different as well. But Zazzle has grouped them together. How do I 'unstick' them from each other? I've looked for this answer high and low, and I'm thinking that the only way to ungroup them might be to delete each one and re-publish each one, trying to make the title and tags more different. I have trouble getting seen and getting sales. I made a bunch of 4th of July t-shirts a while back, all ready for July, yet today we get an email about 4th of July products, 17 pages of womens tees on the subject, and not one of mine amongst them. I was working on my shop today and I just noticed a bad review i got back in Febuary 😭 Apparently the customer never received their order??? I don't know if they even tried to reach out the Zazzle about it, or if they tried and failed,...or if they just decided to give me a bad review instead of trying to reach out at all? they didn't mention in the review anything about contacting zazzle about it.... But as the designer and not the one doing the printing and shipping i feel like there is not much I can do about it? Does anyone know is there a way to contact zazzle about this or is there anything I can do? I've never had this happen before.

In the editor I organized my layers in the order the text shows up in the design. But when I go to the product page and click on the Personalize design button all my fields are out of order. How can I place them in the correct order so its easier for the customer to personalize my design?

How can I purchase my own product without paying a royalty? It seems that when I add one of my own products to the cart (to try a sample or to give as a gift, for example) the price seems to include the royalty just as if I were a general customer. Is there a way to purchase our own products less expensively?

I’ve been noticing a sudden and significant drop in my sales since April 1st. Up until then, I was getting regular daily sales, but now it slowed down drastically, I wonder if it’s because of the new terms of service update? The only post found is 2 yrs old, ditto for youtube...and doesn't work. The only workaround I found was to find the page to re-Sell It and go thru the entire process just to get to the last page where the code is. There must be an easier way?! (Of course, we never went to the moon, can't do simple stuff in 2025.) Appreciate some help. 🙂

I have some pride content that I'm trying to place but can't find Pride Month as a holiday. Since Zazzle has a whole Pride Month storefront, I would think that this would exist?

Update: Found it. Right click on the layer. I knew I'd find it if I just asked for help. 😂 On a product design, the different images or layers had an red x to remove that image, now it's gone. All that is left is to remove the background. What if I need to remove a specific element in a design? I can't find it anywhere.

I've been on Zazzle (primary account) since I made my first purchase in 2005; selling since 2007. I think that makes me pretty well authenticated 😂, but regardless, am not interested in associating my cell phone number with a Zazzle account. Or even my home number, really. I don't use the Zazzle app. Is there a way to authenticate that I'm a real person to be able to use Chat without giving my cell phone number?

Hi! I have multiple Zazzle stores, and am wondering for Zazzle product promotion if it's a good idea to use just one Pinterest account (for all my Zazzle stores), which of course, can have only just one of my Zazzle store's URLs (in the profile). --- If I do so will all my products links work as they should to hopefully convert to sales? I have recently opened a Pinterest business account and done the above. Its a long story about the issues I've had so far doing this, and Pinterest customer service has been virtually no help at all after 4 attempts. Thank you all so much for any help! Cheryl
