3 questions In starting a new store, what is a good general practice - should you stick with just a few products (ie mug, sticker) with multiple designs or multiple products with same design. I doubt I'm correctly expressing myself. I am just starting and so far have multiple designs on basically 1 product with just a couple other products. Before I got too far into the process, I want guidance in a logical approach. Since my design might not size properly on multiple products, should I choose Sell This Design on this style only or this style & size only preventing the customer from changing from say a button to a tshirt? My thoughts are I should select that option and then have separate listings for the button and the tshirt. Or is this incorrect thinking? I am having difficulty understanding "Show Customize Button". Should I always have it checked?

This may be pure coincidence, but I have realized that after starting to post ai generated images last year, my sales TANKED across the board I also have never made a sale of my ai generated designs where the zazzle mandated tag "generativecontent" is used. The post where I asked if it was absolutely mandatory to use that identifier tag has either been deleted or buried...I never received notification that anyone had responded to it. I know Z says the tag is used to see how ai is performing, but I am starting to suspect that the tag is being suppressed somehow. I would love for someone to prove me wrong by showing they DO have ai content tagged as such that IS selling regularly

The answer is a simple yes or no - is Zazzle interested to know of shops selling all white/black products? (Or any other single color for that matter.) If yes, how do we report them? The current "Report this design" function does not seem to be working, as many of us found out, because these shops are still there weeks after a report been sent (hence my original question). Is there another way to do it so we can rely on action being taken? I just wonder, and I know I am not the only one, if it is worth my time reporting shops with no design at all on their products.

Is there a way to tell what size an element is? For context, I'm creating a water bottle for a client. I want to have circles spaced on the design so that people can get a sticker badge for completing a course, and I want them to have a guideline spot to place it. The stickers are going to be 1.5" in diameter, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to tell the size of the circles I'm creating on the template. I could even create the entire background as an Illustrator file and upload it, but I would have no idea what size to make it since there are no specs provided, other than the product dimensions. Has anyone done anything similar and had luck?

I’m hoping someone might be able to clarify what exactly the Zazzle customer service team is able to help with. Are they available to assist customers with design-related questions before an order is placed (e.g., helping someone with personalization or confirming whether something will print correctly)? Are they also equipped to answer questions or concerns from designers about the Ambassador Program—or is that handled by a different team entirely? It would be really helpful to understand which types of inquiries are appropriate to direct to customer support and which might require escalation elsewhere. I have had a store on Zazzle for a while, but recently I went in and adjusted a few things, organized the store more, and removed old designs that weren't getting any views. However, there are still no views, and the zRank isn't changing from 1. I’ve updated the descriptions and tags, but there's no change. Could there be issues with the store that are causing this?"
