I submitted the W8-BEN form on Jan 16th and received an automated response. However , checked my payment page today and saw an orange error message on top that the form has not been collected. "We cannot pay you because your payment settings are incomplete. Update your Payment Settings. W8-BEN form has not yet been collected" Please note that I have not received any email with rejection or requested corrections. What is the best way to check what exactly is going on?

Hello : ) I sell on 2 different sites, including Zazzle. I have used the advice from best practices on both to put together a list of 11 keyword categories, such as medium, occasion, traits, etc. , to use for my keyword list. As we can have only 10 tags on Zazzle, I am confused as to how to pick and choose from these categories, and which keywords to use from them for tags in the tagging section of my listing. For instance, would the color category trump the medium category in some cases? Thank you so much in advance! Cheryl Ps. I guess that dilemma could also apply to our product titles. Advice? Thanks!

Hey everyone, I just wanted to share a quick update and hopefully encourage other beginners here. A few days ago I posted about my first 2 sales, and now Iāve reached 7 sales in my first month and a half šš. Yesterday alone I got 5 sales, which felt amazing! Here are a few things I thought were important at first, but now I see them differently: Views donāt always matter. Even one view can turn into a sale, so donāt stress too much about numbers. Z-rank isnāt everything. Mine jumped to 5 after 2 sales, then dropped back to 4 the next day ā but I still made more sales š¤·āāļø. Collections > single products. Building collections has made more sense to me than just uploading one-off products. Organizing the store helps you too. Customers might not notice every detail, but having clear sections/collections makes your store feel good to you. Just use the search bar for any topic and youāll find great discussions. I really appreciate how kind and supportive everyone is here. Of course, there are amazing experts here who can give much stronger advice than me, but I promise when I become experienced, Iāll do my best to help others the same way you all help us now. Hi everyone, I'm facing a struggle to get payment. still not received it to my hand. Now I'm really tired. So far I got my cheque three weeks ago. I deposited it into my bank on the same day, but it has not been credited to my account yet. I contacted my bank; they informed me that the check had already been sent to the issuing bank and was waiting for payment. I understand that some check clearing can take time, but this delay is causing me stress, especially because my current financial situation is difficult. Iām reaching out to ask if others who received check payments have faced similar delays. How long did it take for your check to clear? Thank you.

When I want to make changes to a brand new listing, I open that listing, go into edit details, make my changes, and then post for sale. However, this creates a new product. Is there a way to avoid creating a new product and instead only edit the existing one? I don't want to create a new product. I only want to edit.

I don't seem to have access to the replace product button. If I select and enter a pre-existing design, edit it with text or a new image and then click done, the only options I have are 'edit design' or 'sell it'. Please advise, Thanks,

Is something like this allowed? Under the logo is a "zazzle.com/store/gildedvow" link written in text and set as object with no interaction. Zazzle's Content Guidelines state that: No business advertising, No church names, company names, school names, abbreviations of school names or sports teams, trademarks, slogans or tag lines... Is inclusion of something like this on a back of a print prohibited since Zazzle is a trademark? Even tho it is uploaded to Zazzle itself?

My apologies for awkward wording of question. I am not sure how to ask it. I was going to work on re-organizing my store (I spend way more time designing!). When I started doing so, I discovered what appears to be many of my designs have been altered and left in a semi-finished state. I decided to check both my public store and "my end" (what should I call that?) and the partially done designs appear in both places. It looks as if maybe a potential customer tried to change a design and just quit before finishing. Though I have started to leave things unlocked, some older designs are still locked. Maybe they tried to change and couldn't so left with a partially designed item?? Wouldn't the design, if locked by me, revert back to MY original design once a customer quit working on it (if indeed this is what occurred?) I am dismayed that so many of my designs are displayed on my public store site in such haphazard manner. Any idea from anyone what might be going on? I would like to show a photo of these designs but do not know how to get a photo into this message.

I just found a Zazzle royalties check that I haven't deposited to my my bank yet, dated in Sept 2024. I don't see anything on the check that would indicate it expires after a certain number of days past its issuance date. Is that correct? Am I okay to deposit the check almost a year after it was issued?
