Is it just me or the design tool has been glitchy for the past two days or so?? 🤔 I can't seem to move anything around or size anything. Everything just gets stuck and then moves in all the wrong directions after a moment. I've been experiencing this both on mobile and desktop and just wondering whether it's just me or some of you are also experiencing this

The canvas in the Design Tool (on Horizontal) represented 36"/ 3 feet which was repeated horizontally for whatever length needed. So twice for a 6 foot roll, five times for a 15 foot roll, and so on. The specs have now changed and the About product info says this: The first part about designs being scaled down uniformly doesn't seem concerning. However, the second part about where they are now tiled/repeated at leaves questions as the roll lengths haven't changed to match. This graphic shows a 6-foot roll tiled twice at 36", and then a 6-foot roll tiled twice at the new 34.8" : It doesn't fit anymore. That gray area represents the 2.4" of left-over space at the end of the roll where you'd only see that little bit of the next tile. Here's a 15 foot roll tiled at 34.8" instead of 36": Now that left-over space at end of roll equals 6 inches. As you go up in roll size that left-over space increases. (12" for a 30ft roll, 18" for a 45ft roll, 24" for a 60ft roll.) I've been viewing various rolls in the MP and none of the previews show this left-over space which would be evident by seeing cut-off designs on that end of the roll. So that's good, but what does it mean? Does it mean that A) the end of the roll we can't see in the previews is where the partially tiled design panel is or B) the actual roll lengths have been shortened to fit the new shorter tiling lengths but the specs haven't been updated to show the new shorter lengths, which would look like this: A customer might not notice their roll being 2.4 or even 6 inches shorter than stated, but someone dropping over $100 on the largest roll size might probably notice being shorted two whole feet of paper. I am hoping a Mod can confirm what has happened with this change here. Did the actual roll lengths change to accommodate the new shorter tiling of 34.8", or are the roll lengths the same meaning one end or the other of the roll will have only a partial design tile on it even though we can't see that in the previews? * If one uses the "Tile" placement instead of Horizontal, then the Design canvas represents/ed a 6" x 6" square that was tiled across the roll length. So same as above, if now tiled at 34.8 inches instead of 36, it doesn't work out, there would now be left-over space / partial design at one end of the roll or the other unless the actual roll lengths have changed.

Just like the helpers can. If things have changed with helper capabilities , I still would like to be able to download exactly as was uploaded.

I've been watching linkovers and it appears a lot of them might be coming from the Show Me forum. When my linkovers zoom up, it's often on a day when I've posted to that forum. If it's true that it's one of the sources, doesn't it mean those linkovers aren't a very reliable method of gauging activity? It could easily be other designers looking at our products, perhaps out of curiosity or maybe to see how we did a particular thing. I've done this, and I assume I'm not unique. I would like to bring it to your attention that having the other products above the product one is promoting means at least on my screen that you can't even see the product the potential customer came in on. See below. With the new program in place and the need for designers to become more proactive in promoting themselves, which I have been shifting to work more actively on, it is a bit upsetting to see my promotional efforts being treated as second to other people's designs. Hopefully this is a glitch and the other designs are moving forward placed back down below at least so the viewer can see the product they click on first. I really don't think that is asking too much is it? Please let me know as I am starting to question why I am investing more time and money in promotion when this is the opening screen now.

Also, how long did it take before you started seeing product views and sales. I know that it's not instant, but would like to have a rough estimate of what to expect. I have 53 Notebooks, many I have titled them Spiral Notebooks, that have this in my Description: Other styles and sizes are available. I just discovered, using my last notebook as a template, that there are no other styles or sizes shown on the plain jane, least expensive, original spiral notebook Product page. I see there are four styles of "Spiral Notebook" now. Did something change and I missed it? Or is it just me and there never has been an option to choose/look at the other upgrade styles, on the Product page the buyer sees? Thought I'd ask before I go in and take out the incorrect sentence. Hey everyone, I’ve been on Zazzle for about 2 months now. I’m really happy that I’ve made some sales already and feel like I’ve improved a lot — I even started making mockups and organizing my collections better. But here’s something I find really surprising: All of the products that sold were actually the ones I didn’t expect to sell at all (no mockups, no promotion, just simple uploads). Meanwhile, the products I spent the most time on — with lots of effort — are still sitting there with zero views 😅. Has anyone else experienced this? Why do you think this happens? Would love to hear your thoughts! 🙏

Good day everyone, I am trying to open a store and noticed that some information that needs to be completed is not available for selection. For example, the country listing to select dialling code and add the contact number, can not select tags, can not allocate payment detail. It seems that I am only able to purchase but not sell my creations. Has anyone experienced the same or offer assistance please. Thankyou in advance.

I still haven't gotten a grasp on how the royalties work these days. I just made this sale on which it shows I earned a tad under 10%. How did this work, and if I cut my royalty in half, would I have done any better? Looks like the first two products in a Collection default as media, right? But some of my collections look like the image is missing when you look at the public collection page. I know this format was implemented some time ago -- but I still don't get how it works -- and, yes, I've read the explanations.
