I've had a customer ask if they can buy one of my designs on a product that Zazzle simply doesn't sell. I have that product available for sale on another site. I'm afraid, however, that if I include a link in Zazzle to a "competitors" site, I'll be flagged and banned. I'm afraid that if I tell someone to send me an email, I'll be flagged and banned. I recall ebay having very specific rules about this; I'm not sure what Zazzle's policy is, and I've searched and searched and can't seem to find it. Does anyone know what the rule on this is? ... Hi everyone,  I've noticed something strange since April 1st. For sales that come through 3rd party referrals, where I’ve set the royalty fee to 10%, the final royalty payment has been reduced to 5%. Hi everyone Please, I hope this is the right section to post my request without disturbing, I am here with the hope that someone can help me to fill out my W8- Ben form so that it will finally be accepted. I am Italian and reside in Italy. I am asking with all my sincere gratitude if there is anyone who can help me so that I can finally fill out the W8-Ben form successfully. I have filled out the form no less than 4 times and submitted it, and the first time I filled it out exactly according to my form sent when I entered Zazzle and that it was successful. Now, however, I keep being told that the form is no good, and to correct it. I absolutely don't know how I should correct it anymore, I have read several times what is written by the treaty according to the tax treatment between the two countries in question : USA and Italy. I have never received an answer as to why the form filled out according to previous mode, now is not accepted. I also contacted Rome, the relevant ICE office for commercial and tax situations according to US and Italy treaty. I report here what I am being asked to correct: " If you would like to go fill out the form further to receive a lower tax rate according to tax treaty between the USA and your country of residence, please provide the following information: - Please revise the paragraph reference number requested in part 2, line 10. The following Treaty document will help you find this. It helps to keep in mind the "type of income" you receive from Zazzle when looking into the tax treaty between our two countries: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-lbi/tax-treaty-table-1.pdf - Please revise the "Additional Conditions" on the last section in line 10 as what your currently have isn't quite correct. It would help to keep in mind the type of income you receive from Zazzle. It may also help to refer to the type of work you provide to the Zazzle website. " I am including my compilation, changed as many as 4 times, according to the tax treaty between my country Italy and USA which establishes zero taxes towards the USA as my occasional work is contributed as royalties because for use of artwork ( according to the treaty the taxes falling under the treaty I pay in my country): "As a freelancer creative designer offering service to a US company, I confirm my non-US-status, being able to take advantage of the benefits of the US-Italy tax treaty, I am exempt from withholding under article 12 paragraph 3 of the United States - Italy income tax convention. I further confirm I don't conduct business in the U.S. through a permanent establishment situated therein and that I am the rightful beneficiary of the income I am receiving as royalties. Copyright royalties are for use of artwork." I was told that this is not good. The first time I filled out the form according to this wording and it was accepted: "Exempt from withholding under article 12 paragraph 3 of the United States - Italy income tax convention. ( my name) does not conduct business in the U.S. through a permanent establishment situated therein. Copyright royalties are for use of artwork." Where in my account can I see my personal details such as date of birth? I just received my 1042-S and it has the wrong date of birth, last year they put a different date of birth too which was also different from what they entered this year. All prior years have my correct date of birth. Probably doesn't matter since the other companies I sell at leave that part of the form blank but I just wanted to check my account to see if anything went wonky but can't seem to find where it is. ... All of a sudden, I'm not able to share my products to Pinterest.  I click on the Share button, select Pinterest, and select which board I want to share it to and then get a response "Sorry, something went wrong.  Check the url and try again".   So when I tried adding the url directly to my Pinterest board, rather than doing it from Zazzle, I get a message  "Sorry! I had an order was placed on April 1, 2025, for a foam board. As per my Royalty History report, the royalty is showing as $11.65. On the early morning of April 4, 2025, I was sent a sales email notification that this order had been printed and my royalty was reported as $0.22. What?? This is not a transfer sale. There is no 't' notation next to this order. The only notation there is a 'c' for customization. I immediately reached out to Zazzle with this notification email, asking for clarification. As of the date of this post, no response has been forthcoming. What happened this afternoon is that the order got cancelled. I know this only because (a) my Earnings Summary total shows a drop of $11+ and (b) my Earnings & Transaction History shows that the transaction has gone pink. if a seamless repeating pattern looks fine viewed at 100% but at 300% some pixelation and color shade differences etc become visible... will those flaws show up on wallpaper and other large products?  what scale are large products actually printed at? In some of my Zazzle "Your Recent Sales" emails, I get a string of random numbers and letters after the royalty total. Different sales emails will have different random strings (eg Cj0KCQjw4v6-BhDuARIsALprm31mrFfSjhZpU1KeooC2GeDIddzTH90SX6B2tZg0j0dN478HsQzmjhoaAp_gEALw_wcB ). And some emails don't have a string at all. Can anyone explain what these strings mean? Thanks. ... View more
