Hi, I've been having issues with my w8 form. I've tried changing the section mentioned a few times after reading the relevant document (even tried getting help from chat bots) but no matter what I out it gets rejected. This is the only information I get from Zazzle: Please revise the "Additional Conditions" on the last section in line 10 as what your currently have isn't quite correct. It would help to keep in mind the type of income you receive from Zazzle. It may also help to refer to the type of work you provide to the Zazzle website. In some of my Zazzle "Your Recent Sales" emails, I get a string of random numbers and letters after the royalty total. Different sales emails will have different random strings (eg Cj0KCQjw4v6-BhDuARIsALprm31mrFfSjhZpU1KeooC2GeDIddzTH90SX6B2tZg0j0dN478HsQzmjhoaAp_gEALw_wcB ). And some emails don't have a string at all. Can anyone explain what these strings mean? Thanks.

Hi Everyone; I cannot wrap my head around the size of image needed for the inside of an envelope unfolded. No matter what I do it keeps giving me a warning yellow button that there is an issue with my design and I need to keep the image inside the parameters but I don't understand what those are. Does anyone here have any suggestions? Is it a dpi issue? I was able to put this image on a decoupage, a much larger item. Or do I just go with yellow button warning that there is an issue with the design? Will my product go on the open market, or will I not have any sales? Thanks in advance for any help!

The awards are $14.95 more than the photo blocks. They appear to be the exact same product, size, material and printing process, with different names and marketplace designations. What am I missing? Why is one of them almost $15 more?

if a seamless repeating pattern looks fine viewed at 100% but at 300% some pixelation and color shade differences etc become visible... will those flaws show up on wallpaper and other large products? what scale are large products actually printed at? I am trying to up my game! thanks

I sent this as an email to support. I am hoping that I will get an answer. Putting it here may help get someone to help. Here are two of my earnings in April 2025. It does not add up. For April 3, 2025: Sold at $75.80 (third-party sale). Third-party fee: $0.15 x $75.80 = $11.37. Net amount: $75.80 - $11.37 = $64.43. Effective royalty rate: 23.7% - 5% transaction fee = 18.7%. Royalty calculation: $0.187 x $64.43 = $12.05. Shouldn't I have received $12.05 instead of $8.08? For April 2, 2025: - Sold at $9.00 (third-party sale). Third-party fee: $0.15 x $9.00 = $1.35. Net amount: $9.00 - $1.35 = $7.65. Effective royalty rate: 23.7% - 5% transaction fee = 18.7%. Royalty calculation: $0.187 x $7.65 = $1.43. Shouldn't I have received $1.43 instead of $1.17? When a customer needs help with customizing a template, I've always provided support via chat. However, if it gets too complicated, it would be easier to access their template and make the changes myself. Is there a way to do this, or should I follow these steps: - Make the changes to a new version of my template - Save it as 'Direct-only' - Click on the 'share' button and select 'copy link' - Send them the link via chat - then they can personalize it, before purchasing.

I have had a very significant drop in sales this year so far. February being downright scary for me. Very few sales. I also have noticed many others posting the same. Mainly in the pro silver group. I'm thinking this is not something to be posted in technical issues because it could just be a handful of us creators having a bad year. But I'd love some zazzle feedback on this if at all possible, even if it's a "no it's just you" reply. I know there have been a lot of changes on zazzle with cover photo's etc... And I have been working on them but my question is. Is this just some random creators having a bad year with sales? The economy? getting displaced for lack of cover photos? etc... or is this a zazzle sales issue affecting everyone? I don't know if I should work on cover photos, designs, more products or what first! If it's just a bad year all around for zazzle and creators, I think I could handle it better. If I am one of a select few, I best figure out a way to make more money and fast. I count on the income. Back to work!
