My paragraph is: 12 (3) article US - Italy treaty 0% rate of withholding Royalties for the use of artistic work Royalty payments for artistic work (designs) printed on a range of goods sold on Zazzle online web stores. This has been going on for two months. As you can read what Wandana sent me makes no sense. What does Zazzle want? "Please note the provided paragraph doesn’t apply to the services that you are applying on Zazzle and there may be another part of the paragraph that pertains to the work that is being performed." What does it mean? What other part of the paragraph? "I can also confirm that your paragraph reference is currently higher than it should be." What to confirm? Zazzle must receive the exact information of what I do, and the information has been amply explained. Evidently Zazzle does not want to pass my form, because the form is ok.

That's it. That's the question. 🙂 If a product is $20 and I have a 20% markup it's $24 so I make $4. If there's a 15% discount, does that affect my $4 or does that come out of Zazzle's pocket?

So I noticed the basic American Apparel men's and women's fine jersey t-shirts are now OOS in all colors and all sizes. Is this something temporary or are they going to be gone for a long time/forever? (Mainly just want to know if I should be going in and swapping any I have to a different tee).

Hello, in the past when I reviewed one of my purchases, Zazzle would issue a coupon code to use on my future purchases. I just reviewed a recent product, and noticed there was no code. I guess they don't do this anymore? Just curious.

Adjustments haven't been sticking since the 20th, and I can’t find anything about monthly royalty changes for existing products in the new TOS. Does this mean it has been removed permanently? Right now? When you're messing with these new royalty fees?

I’ve been noticing a sudden and significant drop in my sales since April 1st. Up until then, I was getting regular daily sales, but now it slowed down drastically, I wonder if it’s because of the new terms of service update? I just found out yesterday that someone has been selling my designs (used badly, by the way, and with the wrong descriptions, which they copied from my t-shirts without changing anything even though those descriptions don't match the designs they stole) on their own stuff. It looks to me like it's all one person with multiple accounts... Anyway, they've used each of my designs (I haven't gone through the whole set yet, but potentially they've used literally hundreds of my designs) on t-shirts, denim jackets, and coffee mugs. That means they may have a thousand items or more with my designs on them. Do I have to report each and every one of these? If I report someone using 'Walking Fish' on a t-shirt, do I need to report it on the jacket and mug, too, or will Zazzle's people understand that 'This is mine, and I didn't give permission for it to be used by this other person' means everything that other person put it on?

I created some 3.5" x 5" wedding table number cards. In the card details section, it mentions, 'Add card stands for easy placement.' But there isn't an option to add any kind of stand. I see that there is an option to create a 5" x 7" card with a wood stand, but no option for the smaller size. Are the metal and acrylic block ones the only other option?

I was adding a series of Zazzle notecards to Benable when, out of the blue, one of those cards showed a Google search link at top right along with rating stars and, when clicked, it goes to a Google search for similar cards on Zazzle. There's also a street address filled in for someplace close to me. Has anyone else hit this roadblock, and if so, did you figure out how to get rid of it? I'm asking about shipping because I can't think of another reason for my seeing a sudden increase in cancellations, quick cancellations where someone has made a purchase and then very quickly cancels it. This is now happening with products that have rarely if ever been cancelled. All I can figure is that customers are being smacked in the face with shipping and are saying, "Whoa!" So, does anyone know if shipping has risen? (I wouldn't be surprised after seeing the same in other companies.) Colorwash's Home

Hello Fellow Zazzlers, I am unable to upload images of my products in the Zazzle Show me Community. what could be the reason for it. It gives an error "You have reached your upload limit of 1,000 images." I don't think I have shared 1000 products. Is there a limit ?

Just noticed this in advanced store settings: ■ Enable cross-domain tracking (optional) Is this a new setting or have I just never noticed it before? My first instinct is to set to 'enabled' but are there any pros and cons to enabling that I might not be aware of?
