I’ve been noticing a sudden and significant drop in my sales since April 1st. Up until then, I was getting regular daily sales, but now it slowed down drastically, I wonder if it’s because of the new terms of service update? Got an email today that says, "You have a message on Zazzle. "Help. I run a blog...!" View message on Zazzle. I did not click on anything but did go to my Zazzle site via my own sign-in. No message indicated on my Zazzle site.The email looks a little strange to me but I do not usually get these kinds of emails from Zazzle and I would post it here but not sure it is permitted to do that. Has anyone else gotten emails supposedly from Zazzle but when checking your site, no message is shown?

Where in my account can I see my personal details such as date of birth? I just received my 1042-S and it has the wrong date of birth, last year they put a different date of birth too which was also different from what they entered this year. All prior years have my correct date of birth. Probably doesn't matter since the other companies I sell at leave that part of the form blank but I just wanted to check my account to see if anything went wonky but can't seem to find where it is.

Hi everyone, I've noticed something strange since April 1st. For sales that come through 3rd party referrals, where I’ve set the royalty fee to 10%, the final royalty payment has been reduced to 5%. Does anyone know why this is happening? Is it a new policy or just a glitch? Has anyone else experienced a similar drop in earnings? Thanks in advance for any insights!

I've had a customer ask if they can buy one of my designs on a product that Zazzle simply doesn't sell. I have that product available for sale on another site. I'm afraid, however, that if I include a link in Zazzle to a "competitors" site, I'll be flagged and banned. I'm afraid that if I tell someone to send me an email, I'll be flagged and banned. I recall ebay having very specific rules about this; I'm not sure what Zazzle's policy is, and I've searched and searched and can't seem to find it. Does anyone know what the rule on this is?
