Is anyone else experiencing this?

In late December, I got a message to update my payment settings. I checked the settings and they were fine. I tried several times to submit it just in case. The banner kept appearing. I quit trying to update it. It went away and I got paid this month. 

NOW, it's back. I'm not touching it because it's correct.

I received the exact same message today (April 14).  Nothing has changed on my payment settings for years. I opened a second page and the message was gone. Message seemed somewhat like spam, kept waiting for "click this link" to show up.  Hope I get paid this month.

I didn't get paid this month BUT I can't figure out exactly if I missed the required amount to get paid.  We'll see in March if I get paid (I know I have enough now for payment) and if something about that banner affected it. 

I've been receiving payouts to the same account every month for nearly four years, with no changes to the account. That's why this message doesn't make sense.

I've had a steady monthly payment since 2019 and nothing had been changed in my settings so I was shocked to see that pop up. I thought it might have had something to do with PayPal but I'll find out next month as to whether I'm paid or not.
