I’ve been noticing a sudden and significant drop in my sales since April 1st. Up until then, I was getting regular daily sales, but now it slowed down drastically, I wonder if it’s because of the new terms of service update? Are we no longer able to see what royalty rate we were paid for our royalties? We could see if it was a clean link or the old 15% and recently the different rates.. but now.. its not there.. not liking this.. can we have them back please? I realize this was awhile back but its one I could find that I had taken a screen shot of.. I don't know when this changed and I cant even go back through previous pages.. because they all have this new no rate format now..

In the past two days, I've received three "Follow" notifications from accounts that sell multiple blank items with misleading tags. One account apparently followed me, unfollowed me, then refollowed me. This seems unusual and disconcerting, but I'm not aware of a Block or Remove button for followers. I've reached out to Zazzle support on both the issue of the "blank" products and on handling the sudden barrage of spam-selling followers, but has anyone has dealt with this before? Or is anyone else suddenly being followed by similar accounts, all in the same region? I couldn't find any general guidelines on the "followers" scenario. Thank so much!

Hi, So I've got a few ideas for designing t-shirts and tote bags, as well as some nursery decor. I'm also planning to release blankets. My products are primarily aimed at children (Frost Babies store), but I do want to have some stuff for any parents who may find the designs appealing. How often should I be creating and submitting new products to gain visibility? I don't want to spam, but I also don't want to get buried by the algorithm. Thanks in advance.

Hi! I currently have a store on Zazzle and my payee info is set to Colombia. I’m planning to move to Spain and was wondering: Can I update my Payee Information (name, address, tax ID, etc.) to reflect my new country of residence? Would that be allowed even if the info like name and tax ID changes as a result of the move? Just want to be sure I follow the rules before updating anything. Thanks in advance!

Is it true that if your products are priced above 10% royalty that Zazzle is hiding those listings from marketplace search? before the latest changes, I was making roughly an even number of non referred, self referred and 3rd party referred sales. SINCE the change, I have made NOTHING other than 3rd party referred sales, almost all earning less than $1 for me since zazzle is giving away my work to someone who simply pasted a link. if that is not the reason why no one is finding my designs anymore... I would love to hear some other potential reasons why things changed so dramatically right at the same time!

Hi! I have multiple Zazzle stores, and am wondering for Zazzle product promotion if it's a good idea to use just one Pinterest account (for all my Zazzle stores), which of course, can have only just one of my Zazzle store's URLs (in the profile). --- If I do so will all my products links work as they should to hopefully convert to sales? I have recently opened a Pinterest business account and done the above. I was wondering if anyone knows if Zazzle can remove a negative review, since it's not my fault the customer's product was damaged during shipping. I don't like seeing 1 star under the whole collection 😞 and it has an effect on sales, they are way down.

How do you handle titles, tags, and descriptions on multiple colorways of the same design? I usually have several colorways for each product. Do I need to do a completely different description/title for each colorway option? I mean it's the same design, just in different colors. Will the products be triggered as spam if they have the same description? If I include the colors in the title and/or description is that enough? Also, how many colorways are too many? And not just the colorways but if the same design (and colorway) is on an invitation, an enclosure card, a napkin, etc. the description will be very similar. Any input would be helpful. Thanks.

First timer poster here! Any help would be awesome 🙂 I posted 4 products last month using a similar photo template, but they are not related to each other in target audience/niche. The tags and titles are different as well. But Zazzle has grouped them together. How do I 'unstick' them from each other? I've looked for this answer high and low, and I'm thinking that the only way to ungroup them might be to delete each one and re-publish each one, trying to make the title and tags more different.
