Hi everyone, I am a designer from Italy creating invitations on Zazzle. I am facing a very frustrating and confusing issue with my W-8BEN form that has been rejected more than 10 times, specifically pointing to Part II, Line 10. What is very strange is that my form was previously accepted by the system, but as soon as the payment cycle started and it was time to transfer my earnings, it got rejected again. For my tax treaty details for Italy, I filled it out as follows: Article and Paragraph: 12(3) Rate of withholding: 0% Type of income: Royalties for the use of artistic work Additional conditions: Creation of artistic works designs sold on Zazzle online web stores on a range of goods. Since the automated emails only tell me to correct Part II without giving any specific wording, I am stuck in a loop. Has any creator from Italy experienced this rejection only when payments are due? What is the exact updated wording that the Zazzle finance team is expecting for Line 10 right now? Any help or intervention from a Zazzle team member would be highly appreciated. Thank you!

Before the latest design tool update with the "Continue Your Design" popup, I could make a change to a design and then use the share dialogue to copy a link that would open in the edited version of the design without publishing it as a new product. This feature came in handy for assisting customers who needed a very small tweak to a design. But with the new popup, I can't seem to make this trick work anymore. Like there's no way to get back to the product page with the edited version. Am I missing something, or has this feature been removed?

What is this new page in the design tool, before you can even work on your own designs? This is getting more difficult, more confusing and more time consuming for the creator and the customer just to make or edit a product. What is going on? This has something to do with a Christmas card and I am working on a poster.

When I try to reorder a product within a collection by dragging its thumbnail, it snaps back to its original position. I have to refresh the page each time for the new order to register. It's only started happening recently 😕. Is there a trick to this?

I just discovered today in the Zazzle app that the "Explore" tab appears like an instagram feed where creators post content and receive likes, comments and shares. I wanted to participate and post some content but I did not find anywhere where I could create a post. Is the post feature not available to all creators? Also my store as followers, but when I looked at my followers tab in the Zazzle app, it said I had none. Am I suppose to connect my store to my Zazzle app or something. I'm very confused and feeling left out 😕

We have the Zazzle RSS feed going into our custom website and we have filters you can apply in the website to narrow it down by product type. However about two weeks ago the product department disappeared from the XML in the RSS feed? Will that return? How else should we perform that filtering otherwise? Thanks!

I created a fine‑dining style engagement invitation written for men, and I tried to add the tags "two grooms engagement invitation” and “same sex engagement invitation” so the customers could find it. As soon as I added those phrases, my product was automatically flagged for adult content (popup), and I had to request a manual review. I was surprised because the invitation is completely G‑rated, elegant, and meant for a formal engagement dinner celebration. Since the homepage promotes LGBTQ awareness, I honestly didn’t think these tags were a violation. They’re common search terms used by customers looking for same‑sex engagement or wedding items. Can someone explain why adding these standard LGBTQ tags would trigger an adult‑content warning?

I want to ask a question about the invitations for Bourbon tasting party venue. Yesterday I had created a few and listed them with a G rating. Then a few hours later I could not see them in my public store, and wondered why? I found they had a PG rating. I asked one of my friends to check the listing and she told me she could not view the invitation even in a moderate setting. I am not sure why my invitation fell into this adult category because it seems wrong. Considering I searched Zazzle marketplace and found thousands of invitations for a bourbon and other alcoholic beverages tasting parties or events and they were all G rating. Wondering were those invitations "grandfathered in" and has the adult content been updated? My friend suggested that I update the title, the description and the tags, but could not shake that adult content rating. I ended up deleting my invitations. Can somebody please share with me what constitutes adult content on Zazzle. Considering we sell barware, with in-house mockup views of wine, champagne or beer, the adult violation for a bourbon tasting on my invitations is confusing. Here is a copy of one of my invitations...not sure what caused the adult content rating.
