Good morning, When a customer asks you to help with a design (different words, design elements, etc), and they don't buy it, is it because they are somehow downloading / copying it? If so, is there a way to put a watermark on it that disappears once they buy it? Do you refuse to do the work and, instead, tell the customer how to do it themselves? Thank you for any responses.

I'm asking because I wanted to make one to add to a baby shower gift, one of those diaper and wipes kinds of showers. And, I'm trying to search for them, and I see absolutely nothing. Maybe I'm not searching for it right, but I honestly think, even though it's one off types of products, isn't there a market for it? I hopefully find someone who understands what I'm looking for and can help me, because what I had to do is take a really cute, Thank You note card and turn it into a For You card. I had to edit all the text templates. I just thought there's a market for all kinds of cards, but none for the moms-to-be? There are tons for the Mom-to-be for Mother's day - but I wasn't looking for a holiday one or a birthday one, nor a thank you card. Tons and tons of those. I'm just talking about cards when you give a gift. TIA.

Their law says that AI models must have a "conspicuous" disclosure, or face stiff penalties, even if you're outside of the USA. Meaning, we must put something to say that this mockup AI person IS made up, over the image [not within] the details of the description or on tags. See Senate Bill S.8420-A. It was signed by the governor, Kathy Hochul, on 12/11/25, to take effect 180 days out, to be on June 9th, 2026, whereby the penalties will begin. Also, another bill Senate Bill S.8391, the Post-Mortem protection, was also signed on 12/11/25, with no grace period. This law is about the non commercial use of a deceased individual's name, voice, or likeness for 40 years after their death unless prior, explicit consent is obtained from their estate or heirs. *Note: The main reason I bring this up is that Zazzle is a worldwide site, and ads will be seen in New York, and if you don't cover your AI Model mockups with a disclosure, you can be fined for not having that disclosure over your image.

Before the latest design tool update with the "Continue Your Design" popup, I could make a change to a design and then use the share dialogue to copy a link that would open in the edited version of the design without publishing it as a new product. This feature came in handy for assisting customers who needed a very small tweak to a design. But with the new popup, I can't seem to make this trick work anymore. Like there's no way to get back to the product page with the edited version. Am I missing something, or has this feature been removed?

All my birth announcements don't show the image customers can replace with their own anymore in the preview images. They did when I posted them last year but now don't show at all. When I click personalize this design, it does popup & can be replaced but my previews look so odd with no picture in them, like they can't be edited. When I go to download to just create my own previews & upload as media, it also doesn't include the pic in the download. I have photo Christmas cards that are not having this issue. Anyone else noticing this?

Hi everyone, I am a designer from Italy creating invitations on Zazzle. I am facing a very frustrating and confusing issue with my W-8BEN form that has been rejected more than 10 times, specifically pointing to Part II, Line 10. What is very strange is that my form was previously accepted by the system, but as soon as the payment cycle started and it was time to transfer my earnings, it got rejected again. For my tax treaty details for Italy, I filled it out as follows: Article and Paragraph: 12(3) Rate of withholding: 0% Type of income: Royalties for the use of artistic work Additional conditions: Creation of artistic works designs sold on Zazzle online web stores on a range of goods. Since the automated emails only tell me to correct Part II without giving any specific wording, I am stuck in a loop. Has any creator from Italy experienced this rejection only when payments are due? What is the exact updated wording that the Zazzle finance team is expecting for Line 10 right now? Any help or intervention from a Zazzle team member would be highly appreciated. Thank you!

Could someone please help me find where I can change the Featured Collection in my shop? It's been a while since I last updated it, and I can't seem to find the setting anymore. What is this new page in the design tool, before you can even work on your own designs? This is getting more difficult, more confusing and more time consuming for the creator and the customer just to make or edit a product. What is going on? When I try to reorder a product within a collection by dragging its thumbnail, it snaps back to its original position. I have to refresh the page each time for the new order to register. It's only started happening recently 😕. Is there a trick to this?
