I just checked for my Card Holders. It seems that both the desk stand holder and the business card case are having the same problem as the magnets and buttons. I did notice in searching the marketplace that the drop down suggestions from the search box seemed to have German descriptors ???

Card Holder - Blue Dots
by bkmuir
Three dimensional Blue dot is replicated multiple times on a dark blue background. Back sides shows text with drop shadow reads "My Card". Front (card) side reads "Time for refill"

Bus. Card Holder - Lilacs
by bkmuir
Personalize the case with a name that sits above the lavender/pink blossoms of a lilac bush, on a pale pink background. ***Part of coordinated set - BKM1L.

I have some business card holders in my store that are marked as discontinued. They are like the check book covers, not metal. I just did a top down search by the accessories, drilling down to bags and wallets. It looks like the only two options are the metal case and the desktop holder. Guess I will transfer my designs to these and delete the old discontinued products.

@ChromaMaven Looks like we are on different severs. When I drill down under OFFICE & SCHOOL - only BUSINESS CARDS come up the holders do not show in any of the sub-categories of O&S ??????

Yes, that's what makes me think it is permanently discontinued.

That product ID leads to a "Card Wallet". "Card Wallets" (laminated vinyl) are noted as 'completely sold out' on the product pages and thus aren't showing in the MP as typical for unavailable products.
On the other hand, "Business Card Holders" (a different product made out of metal) are still available and findable in the MP.
Both CYOs are by default under
Accessories --> Bags & Wallets --> Wallets & Money Clips --> Business Card Cases
If you navigate directly to that category (or search for something and drill down) , all you'll see is the metal 'Business Card Holders", because the "Card Wallets" aren't available right now.
I've never made a "Card Wallet" so don't know how they are currently showing in the Backend but I know it used to be very confusing with the Backend listing things as Discontinued when they or a variant were only temp sold out. But as far as on product pages, they are only indicated as being temp Sold Out.

Thank you for checking that. Apparently, when I made mine, the descriptor "card holder" was appended to the product title. I see now they are called card wallets. I still would like to know if the card wallets are gone permanently.

Sorry to cause any confusion. When I originally made the product, it was called a card holder, now as Col figured out, it is called a card wallet, and marked as discontinued.
