Can't Contact Zazzle about Order

My order was supposed to be delivered to my customer on March 10. They still don't have it.

I called Zazzle yesterday to enquire. It went into voicemail. So I left a message.

I called Zazzle today to enquire. It said that the voice mailbox is full. 

Does anyone know why I suddenly can't get in touch with anyone at Zazzle?

When I tried to call Zazzle yesterday I couldn’t get through either. I called back couple times and was finally able to get through. My calls were dropped a couple of times during those phone conversations.😕

A customer of mine claims to have been given the 'runaround' by customer services re an order of hers that was canceled and she doesn't know why. I won't contact customer services on her behalf as it isn't my dept and I don't have the time to get involved, but it is unfortunate to hear this.
