Cannot Get Content Review Or Anyone To Answer

Hello moderators, sorry to put this here, but I have not heard back from the content team (the e-mail address they tell us to contact) in a month now.  They removed dozens of products (3 collections) worth of items and I cannot get any answer or communication from them 😞 I believe these items should be re-instated.  I would greatly appreciate help in getting in touch with the right person.  Thank you.

Content Review Team don't frequent the forum as far as I believe. It has been Christmas so I dare say there's a backlog in replying to emails

Products could have been removed due to IP infringement/or a keyword/ or any other reason and you should have received an email to say they were being removed to which you can reply and find out the reason.

Only they can help.

I wouldn't hold my breath getting items reinstated but you never know

Thank you. Yes, I figured content wouldn't be the ones to see, but hoping the moderators would have some other contact option or at least some insight.  Unfortunately this was from before Christmas.  And yes, I responded to the one e-mail they sent, which is from the same e-mail address that they say to contact.

Then you'll just have to wait your turn in the Content Review queue until you get an answer as to why they were deleted I'm afraid.
