Chat :employees have official badge in chat

I got a chat with a very odd top message that showed above the question, it has an x button to dismiss it but I’ve never seen this before..warning about zazzle employees not asking for paw or info.. anyone else see this? IMG_2057.jpeg

It's because there have been regular joes posing as zazzle employees asking for us to do things. I'm glad they added this little alert. I don't use chat much but for older folks and folks new to zazzle this is good for them because they might not be aware of it.

Must be brand new.. I’ve never seen it before.. and I had a chat message just the other day. I didn’t know this was an issue.. thanks for the info

Hi,

Is it normal for Zazzle Customer Support to ask for Full Name and Billing Address before proceeding any further on the live chat (blue chat box at the botton right that pops up) ? I am being cautious since I have received those "verify your account" messages on chat recently.

Thanks for reaching out. At times, our agents may ask for information to help determine we have the right person. For example, if someone placed an order under another account, but are logged into a different account when chatting with our agents.
