Does Zazzle have any sort of consequences for a shop beyond removing the offending design when there are repeat intellectual property thefts? I'm curious if there is any policy in place that would serve as a deterrent.

And to be clear I absolutely know this is a gray area and that coincidences absolutely can and do happen. I have specific instances that I've dealt with that are not so gray, but I'm trying to proceed with discretion here to get a picture of how this is dealt with on a repeat and not-so-gray basis.
