Create tool not customer friendly, I find that unless you have experience with graphic design programs, it is very confusing for the normal PC user to edit a design or add a photo or change a text or the size or the font in a product like invitations or other products, the tool is good for the creators but if a customer wants to change something it is very confusing.
any new tool in the future?
