This might be a Technical Issue, I'm being cautious in case I'm missing something...
I tend to design for the flat, credit card shaped bottle opener.
Yesterday I discovered that they don't appear at all for a simple marketplace search like "panda bottle opener" or "unicorn bottle opener", possibly even just "bottle opener" among the 70,000 plus results. The two other types (available on the same product page) are not affected.
EDIT: Search for "credit card bottle opener", some appear but you get a meagre 220ish results.
They're not marked "discontinued" or "out of stock". What's happening?

@Zob1 I have noticed there is a difference in numbers depending on the URL that you use - eg
https://www.zazzle.com/s/bottle%20openers (with a s)
https://www.zazzle.com/c/bottle openers (with a c)
So if your search has an s or a c - results will very.
But I had no trouble finding credit card bottle openers using the search term 'bottle openers" then selecting the style (defaults to "s" search)
It could be the search term panda or unicorn bottle opener is something the AI bot doesn't want to serve you
as according to the marketplace - there are none of the credit card style
When did you create yours?

Hi Sara,
Thanks for taking a look. I wasn't aware of the different 's' and 'c' searches. I get 's' as default, is there a way to trigger the 'c' search through the site navigation?
I have 19 credit card bottle openers, amongst them a panda made in June last year, and a unicorn I remade in January this year.
I'm seeing 70,000 results ('s' search) reduced to 79 by choosing credit card style, it can't possibly reflect what's available. 27,000 reduced to 6387 when choosing credit card style ('c' search) sounds more plausible, but are customers ever shown a 'c' search? All very convoluted! 😕
EDIT: Just noticed that my 4 most recently created are among the 79. Nothing before that appears, but I can't be alone with just 79 results.

@Zob1 you could try typing the c to override the s but that doesn't always work.
Try searching when you are logged out and see the difference.
There could be only 79 credit card bottle openers featuring a panda - you never know
Anyway - I'm off to create panda bottle openers - there's not many in the marketplace! (lol - not really)

To clarify after Sara's input:
Without narrowing the search terms, over 70,000 results for "bottle opener" reduce to 79 when I use the "credit card" style filter. The result is the same for me logged out or not. Credit card bottle openers appear to be mostly hidden, I can't find the majority of mine.

Did the search changing the s to a c in the url - https://www.zazzle.com/c/bottle+openers?q=bottle%20openers&f_dfbos=162543901352934258
and 6,336 results
when there is an "s" in the url - 79

Well this is really odd, for the life of me, I could've sworn that they were out of stock at some point, maybe weeks ago. I know because I looked at mine, and thought, I'll keep mine since I sold some. But having said this, and doing my own digging both on the create your own page, which it is now currently available, and I now double check things with: https://colscreations.com/OOS/ just to be sure. And, it was not listed there either. So, perhaps they got some back in stock...idk? But, I swear I remember getting a notification about it being out of stock.
And here's the really big issue I'm having with this. Here I have sold one, and look, it's NOT in the MP like it should be. I thought every item once sold is always in the MP. Why isn't mine there?? https://www.zazzle.com/st_patricks_day_green_beer_grunge_custom_credit_card_bottle_opener-2563555897... Can anyone find mine in the MP?

I've tried a few Marketplace searches ("st patricks day", "green beer", "grunge" + bottle opener), and tried the style "credit card" filter. I can't find it.
This is consistent with my original post. Over 70,000 results for "bottle opener", reduces to 79 when the "credit card" style filter is applied. I've never sold one of these, but I have at least 19 which have been indexed, and only the four very recently indexed ones appear amongst that 79.
The rest can't be found through the Marketplace. I've tried niche searches using terms in the title of a missing one. I don't get 16 pages of results with mine missing, I get zero pages, nothing found.

I have to say this, Zazzle has been having glitches, but it's not just the credit card style bottle openers either. I started a collection for myself of things I've sold in the past, that are now gone from the MP searches. This might lead to a lot more products, unfortunately. I will say this again, since I posted elsewhere about it. That a Platinum seller once told me that once it's sold, it stayed in the MP forever. If that's not true anymore, I sure would love to know.

edited to add - though I figure it's because I viewed as the marketplace ai remembers

This now appears to be fixed 👍 although I discovered it when checking if my cover images had begun to show up, and they're not showing 🤔

@Zob1 I found that a cover image takes at least a week to stick and take effect in the marketplace after you upload it.
And if there's a delay in indexing, as we know, could take longer
