Curtain orders being returned/canceled

Is anyone else selling curtains, but regularly having them returned or canceled? Is there a quality control issue?
I was so excited when Zazzle added that product option. It's such a bummer when those fairly large sales go pink almost every time. I don't know what the reason is for the cancellations.

I have no actual knowledge about curtain sales here, but I do happen to know someone who ordered curtains online and had to continue cancelling and sending them back because they either didn't fit or the colors (quite naturally) weren't the same online as they were in person. Because of watching her, I've steered completely clear of curtains.

To try and offset the fact that the colors appear to be lighter on the printed curtains, designers could try using darker, more saturated colors when creating curtain designs, OR they could decrease the opacity on their cover photos to better represent the design on the printed fabric.
Another option would be for Zazzle to offer small printed swatch samples that customers could order before they order curtains.
