Customer received wrong product, left negative review

Hi, a customer left a negative review on my store page because zazzle printed my design on the wrong product. Is it possible to remove this review from my store? Since it is not in my control I feel that my store shouldn't have to take a hit for Zazzle's mistake. Also, I sell a lot of this type of product so can someone from Zazzle please look into this mistake and make sure that customers receive an actual foam board and not a piece of cardboard? Screen Shot 2024-10-08 at 3.54.10 PM.png

I'm very sorry to hear that you received this review and that the customer was not satisfied with their order. It appears a regular poster was purchased as opposed to a foam board in this case. Unfortunately we cannot remove a review currently but thank you for your feedback. I will pass it along to our team to see if we can limit this kind of confusion going forward.

Take a look at the item in your royalties list. You might find the customer transferred the design to a poster.

Ah, I see. Yes, it looks like she transferred it to a poster. 

Weird. If she did indeed transfer it to a poster, I why wonder why she expected the foam insert. Fishy. 

It would be nice if there was at least a feature for designers to reply to the review so that future customers would understand it wasn't my fault. 

I just noticed that the same happened to me: I received two wrongful reviews, one for shipping the wrong product, and the other for not receiving the order! It´s not fair that this kind of ´´review´´ is even permitted....
