Did Royalty changes took place by 20th Oct or still pending?

Went through the hassle of adjusting the royalty rates from Oct 17th to 19th to meet the Oct 20 deadline but they're still pending by Oct 21st at 8 PM PT. Am I just hyperventilating or did the changes take place before the regular date? Not the first time this happens to me. Thx for any hint!

It's the time of year when they lock the royalty rates so it's been delayed until October 31st so I believe no changes will take place until then.
