Diy mugs

I am making mugs with my own artwork. The only problem I have is when I've adjusted the artwork to fit the mug, the borders show in the preview. How do I get rid of the lines? Thank you for your help!

is it the standard coffee mug you are designing on?

It's not an all over print. There will be a slight white at the top, bottom and where the handle is. Is that what you mean?

It's an 11 oz but yes on the print.

can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing? And where the 'lines' are? There are gridlines in the design tool but they don't copy over to the finished mug. You can turn them off in the design tool

to post a screen shot press Windows button + shift + S (for mac Press Shift-Command-3 I think)

see the gray lines where they overlap on mug?see the gray lines where they overlap on mug?

I believe that's your artwork and where the two pngs overlap. Your background needs to be totally transparent and it looks like yours isn't fully. (ie has a slight gray transparency)

Try and rework your artwork and make sure it's totally transparent

The way to get around the issue with non-printable areas is to avoid creating all-over patterns and designs as much as possible.
