Do Customers Get Notified When Designers Message Them?

If I send a message to a customer through Zazzle, do they receive an email notification letting them know that a designer is trying to contact them?

As some customers DO respond, I am assuming all of them get a notification. Just not everyone replies.

I would really hope so! Although I have been wondering myself as I get a lot of non-responses from customers. But those are mostly people who are asking for help with things only Zazzle can help with and I pass along the link to them.  But never get a 'thanks' even on those.

Hey @SORS ,

So if the customer has their notifications on in their account, they will receive an email for this.

@Fiona just so you know on our side of things.  My 'you have a message' emails are sent straight to spam on gmail.  Not sure if there is anything Zazzle can do about that?  All other Zazzle e-mails from the normal e-mail blasts and if I'm in contact with support come through the inbox.
