Does Zazzle always notify when deleting a product?

I had made an ornament last week, and now I see it is not in my store at all. I never got any notifications that Zazzle was deleting it, maybe for trademark or something? I do have the proper licenses for the graphics, and I put them together in my own design, so it's definitely not copyright infringement. Luckily I had taken a screenshot, so I could recreate it, but I don't want to do that if it's only going to be deleted again!

I got an email from Zazzle several years ago that they were removing a product of mine for a copyright issue. It was a Halloween design with a simple spider. I couldn’t figure out what the problem was. After some back and forth emails, they told me the problem was in my title and tags, and if I removed one word, I could repost it.

So, it’s probably not a copyright issue, or you would have received an email. Maybe its a technical issue. I’m glad you kept a copy. I always create my designs in Illustrator or Photoshop, and then transfer them to Zazzle, so that I have a copy of my layered or vector designs on my hard drive.

Let us know what you find out.

@Connie I do remember seeing Technical Issue reports for new products not showing in stores. Try using search to find anything related.

You should receive an email from our Content team. I will create a case and pass it on to them now so they can explain to you why the ornament was removed.

I am a new designer to Zazzle and have been taking a class to do it well, but still learning, of course.  I have been a successful designer on Etsy for years and using my best sellers for inspriration, starting with hearts and valentines due to the timing.  I have posted over a hundred items, I think, this last month and I just realized that over half of them were just deleted.  I bought the heart with a commercial license and it they are good designs, tags, titles, etc.  I was so excited about selling on Zazzle, but now I am deflated.  Perhaps they will come back and it is just a glitch.  I never received an email about doing anything wrong.  Can you please help / guide me?

In my experience, no. I had many products deleted two (?) years ago due to my use of the Symbol font. In one case it was a business dinner invitation that had sold $1000’s and I used one character from the Symbol font. I believe it was a programming error as other problematic fonts at the time were just replaced.

They sent me ONE e-mail the other day, for one product.... but deleted dozens. The only reason I knew was because I couldn't search for the matching items on my backend.

This is Anya from the class.  This just happened to me yesterday and I am not sure why.  Did  you ever find out why?  I am so disheartened as I am just getting started.
