On Nov 23rd one customer ordered two shirts. Those two had the "c" next to them so I think they were customized. On 12-6 they ordered two more of the shirt. There is no "c" by those two. Just saw that the shirt has "gray" over it and says 'design changes pending review.' (the shirt was created back in 2019)
Last viewed date, last sold date and orders last 7 days all show the grayed out pic and message. Since I haven't changed anything why is this showing up on my end?

Hi @Van as advised in the above tech thread, ... this has to do with the order process i think and should not have an effect on your live products in the MP. However we're looking into a fix for this now. Thanks.

If you don't lock your images on products, and allow customers to make changes, that might be what caused the product to go into "pending review" status. Whoever bought that product may have made changes.

Thank you ColsCreations and Idraw. Hopefully this is just a quirky little glitch that affects nothing since it's not grayed out or noted in my image folder. My immediate thoughts were that pending review products aren't for sale until they are reviewed but as far as I can tell this design is still available I guess the customer could have made a "no no" change of some kind although I don't see where the last two were customized. Just my two cents but customer changes that cause flags shouldn't appear to affect the base design.
