My cleared earnings are showing inside brackets this week. Does anyone know what this means? TIA.

in general, this is the meaning in accounting—-(zazzle may have a different explanation….)
If a number in an account is in brackets it just means it's negative. Brackets are used because minus signs can be mistaken for dashes.
it may mean that a shop had customers who received returns which put the shop sales credits into a negative balance. If that happens, z then deducts the returns amount from the cleared sales amount, results in negative balance amount. Time for the brackets!

Many thanks for the explanation. This is very weird, I've had returns and customer's cancelling on me before but it usually always comes out of pending - not cleared. Very odd! Its only $17 but still annoying, lol. Thanks again.
